Grade I listed Church of St John the Baptist, Chester: Historic England commented during the consultation for the Conservation Management Plan: 'The CMP is a very detailed piece of work and Historic England fully endorse its production and content.'  Cheshire West and Chester Council commented '...a very comprehensive and useful piece of work.'

Rooley Moor Road Neighbourhood Area: The client from the Neighbourhood Forum said, 'Your work contributed greatly!  Many thanks.'  Catley Lane Head has been approved as a conservation area.

Bradgate House, Altrincham: Kath Ludlam, the planning consultant called my work 'an excellent heritage statement.'

Land at Coronation Square: The client said 'Your Heritage Statement was praised for its detail and will be filed as a record of the history of the building.'

Heritage Statement for major work at the Grade II listed Derby Hall in Bury: The client said 'The team at the Met found your report very interesting and it is a key part of our planning application.'

Options Appraisal and Heritage Impact Assessment for extension to Grade I listed Church of St Peter, Pott Shrigley:  The client called my work 'a professional and convincing addition to the application.' 

Sub-contracting work for the Architectural History Practice: The former Director for the North West, Marion Barter, said of my work: 'Jenny is an experienced historic environment professional, competent in archive research, field analysis and report writing for historic building and conservation area work.  She is a full member of the IHBC and follows established conservation principles.  Jenny has contributed to some major AHP projects as a sub-contractor, with enthusiasm and good attention to detail.'

Historic Building Record for Archaeological Research Services:  I produced a Level 2 record for the Ramsbottom Cottage Hospital to satisfy a planning condition for development of the site.  Greater Manchester County Archaeologist, Andrew Myers, said of the report: 'Jenny produced a historic building survey report for archival purposes displaying an impressive integration of the survey results with relevant historic documentary, cartographic and image sources.  Altogether, a fine example of this kind of survey.'
