St Mary's, Astbury
CMP for Grade I listed church
I produced a Conservation Management Plan for the St Mary's Astbury PCC to provide an overview of the history and archaeology of the building and its historic features, assess its significance and the potential for change and provide management policies,
3 Market Place, Stockport
Unlisted building in Conservation Area
I assessed the contribution of the building to the Market/Underbanks CA and the impact of proposals for a new shop front, within the Townscape Heritage Initiative area.
The Wharf, Marple
Grade II-listed wharf and canal warehouse
I produced a CMP for the Community Interest Company (CIC), to assess the significance of the building and its setting to support an application for Lottery funding to develop the building for a Heritage and Visitor Centre and café with a fitness and well-being centre on the first floor
